The problem with Bernie Sanders…

Sanders has always seemed the only candidate with any decency in his soul. Best of a terrible bunch, and I cannot believe that Chomsky thinks strongly otherwise. Much of what Bernie stands for is obviously for the good of the people as a whole, yet his stance on our ‘allies’ in the Middle East who are the most brutal regimes on the planet, is appalling. Also seems too close to hardcore zionist elements, is a sure fire defender of the IDF death machine and its leaders in the Knesset…and a strident supporter of US invasions and mass slaughter in Kosovo…supported the financing of the invasion and blood letting in Iraq and Afghanistan and had no issue with propping up the neo nazi butchers the US put in power in Ukraine after organizing the military coup. Essentially, as you know old chum, my conclusion is that the voters and their votes have very little connection to the election, votes do not win presidential elections, money buys it and the result was decided long ago…Perhaps it makes people feel involved? Yet to believe in a system of mass deceit, mass propaganda and mass murder on a global scale, suggests to me brain damage or a mass hysteria version of Stockholm syndrome..
